I forgot my master password.

in the last 4 years i used my fingerprint and faceid . I can t remember password from Hint. i want to pay to have back my account. help me pls!

    Hi @xboris,

    Your Master Password is used to encrypt your data. Touch ID is a convenient feature, but it is not a replacement for the Master Password. In the event Touch ID fails for any reason the Master Password will be required. There isn't any way around that. We do have a guide with some tips that may be helpful here:

    I'd like to add to this inquiry - I had a trial account a couple of years ago and never ended up purchasing a license. In the event I cannot recover my Master Password and cannot log into my account, is it possible to reset everything or would I need to create a new account with an entirely new email?

    I already deleted the data from my PC - that does nothing as far as this issue is concerned.
