How do I log out so others cannot use my computer

I have a mac. If 1password is on all the time, what is to prevent someone from using my computer and using my bank accounts etc.

I'd also suggest setting up your Mac to lock:
How to display a screen saver on your Mac - Apple Support
Please pay special attention to the "Require a password after the screen saver begins" section. I hope that helps!
