Can't get to my passwords

Family account on:

  • Chrome - not working anymore. See other posts here about sertificate problems. I have that too. Can't sign in
  • MS Edge - same problem
  • MS IE - same problem
  • Was on "1Password for Windows - Beta" - uninstalled to see if I could get on stable channel. Installed again, and now I can't sign into my 1password account inside the Windows app (and yes, 100% correct - copy&paste, and triple checked). Even tried the url part with/without "https://". When I uninstalled I also deleted the folder "..\AppData\Local\1password" afterwards before I re-installed.

So basically I have a problem now (still access on phone, but this is frustrating with not having access on my work computer).

    btw, fresh install of the windows app is: "1PasswordSetup-7.2.617.exe"

    re-tried to sign in on the windows app again now after a new install, and it worked. Going to try browser extension now too

    I'm glad to hear you got it working now. The 7.2.617 update is required to work with the Google certificate with expired signing key but it didn't do anything with your sign-in issues. That sounds like network-related issues to me.

    If you see it happen again, please let us know.
