Need help with moving to Families subscription from Apple App Store Individual subscription

Hi, I have cancelled my App Store subscription per a previous post, and have submitted a support ticket. I am now posting that support ticket number here as also noted in a previous post to make sure you guys see it :-) (Finally getting my parents on 1Password for the holidays!!
