To All,

I purchase 1Password < 5 years ago. I recently upgraded to Family Plan & I'm having trouble migrating the info from Private Vault so my wife & I can share. I've scanned the Setup Code but it does not move content from Private Vault. Suggestions???

    When I log into 1Password.Com Account, I do not see my content on my iPhone Privacy Vault on the website. I'm not sure what to do.

    BTW, all my content is in the Primary on iCloud.

    @Button: It is not possible to share a 1Password vault sync'd with iCloud between Apple IDs. You'd both need to use the same Apple ID in order to use the same 1Password vault in iCloud.

    But, perhaps more importantly, iCloud is not at all involved with a 1Password membership. If your data is not in your 1Password account, it will not be available through the website, on your devices when you sign into the account, and you won't be able to share it through 1Password Families. You'll need to migrate your data to your account in order for any of that to work:

    Then you'll be able to share data with family members you invite:
