Will you all ever add live chat as a support option? If you all don't have the resources for it that is fine.

It's something we've looked into. I'm not sure it's a good fit for all cases, and we'd have to be very careful about privacy (not to mention the logistics), but perhaps we'll be able to offer that in the future. In the mean time, we're reachable via Twitter, our blog, and a lot of folks seem to like that. Cheers!
