I cannot log in

can I know why my master key is correct, I can log in on my iPad but I cannot log in on my desktop, this is the second time, after the secure desktop implement. I don't know why the first time problem fixed itself. now I cannot use.

    Do you have 1Password account? If so, are you able to sign in to your account on 1Password.com in the browser?

    Also, please note that if you changed the Master Password for your account, you'll need to finish changing your password in 1Password 7 app. Open and unlock 1Password using your old Master Password, click the red authentication error banner, and sign in with your new Master Password.

    Does it work correctly for you after that? Please let me know. Thanks!
