Cancelled membership - remaining balance

Hello.

I've cancelled my 1Password membership after buying a year and then switching to month to month. I figured I'd get reimbursed the yearly fee but apparently it just went on a gift card or on my account. I've cancelled my subscription but still have about $20ish in remaning balance.

Could I get this balance paid back to me since I will not longer be using this?

    I'd recommend reaching out to our sales team at sales@1password.com from the email address associated with your account. They'd be able to best address this question for you. When you email in you'll receive a support ID back from BitBot. Please post that ID here so we can be sure your email has been routed appropriately which will help ensure you get an answer promptly.
