Problem syncing between 1Password on Windows and on iOS

While both iOS and Windows version of the 1Password application are referring to the same vault (Dropbox/1Password/1Password.opvault), both are showing different results. When adding a new entry in the iOS app, it is **not **shown in the Windows app and vice versa. However, the band_x.js files are changed and synced to both iOS and Windows version of the 1Password app. Also, the file sizes of these band_x.js files are similar.
Note: deleting the 1Password app on my iPhone did to solve this problem.

1Password Version: 7.3.657
Extension Version: 4.7.3.90
OS Version: Windows 10 Enterprise 1703
Sync Type: Dropbox

    I'm sorry to hear about the trouble. I'd recommend reviewing our Dropbox troubleshooting guide:

    If you're having trouble syncing with Dropbox | 1Password

    That should get you squared away, but if not the best I could recommend would be an alternate sync option. Please let me know how it turns out.

    Ben, many thanks. Only deleting the 1Password app from my iPhone wasn't enough. Following the instructions more carefully worked out well.
