on ipad type email and master password. sign in is greyed out

successfully set up on Mac Book Pro and iphone 8. using ipad and going through 1password.com I get to sigh in to your 1 password account. type in email address and master password. sign is greyed out. nothing happens . 2 hours trying to set program on ipad. getting frustrated help please

    It sounds like you still need to enter your Secret Key. Do you see that space there to fill it?
