How can I delete an unneeded account and all associated vaults?

I mistakenly created an extra account. I have two active accounts. One has data, one does not. I want to delete the empty account and it's vaults.
1Password Version: 7.1.2
Extension Version: 4.7.3.90
OS Version: osx 10.13.6
Sync Type: ?

Please be sure you delete the correct one, as accounts cannot be un-deleted. I hope that helps. Should you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to ask.
