Can log in normally from Safari

    Hi @murraywalter ,

    I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble. Can you explain what you mean by "family search application?" Is this an app on your Mac? And if so, are you copying the username and password from 1Password and pasting them into the application?

    With that bit of information, we should be able to help you out a bit more.
