Locked out lost 2FA app

I lost my 2FA app when I was restoring my phone. I am logged in on my laptop but not a trusted browser just the application on windows. I want to turn 2FA off on my 1password account as I can not log in through the browser to turn it off myself. My support ID is [#EVK-62568-717] could someone please help me get 2FA removed?
