Same Active Directory credentials on two separate sites, but the username format is different

I'm new to 1password. How do I manage this account from a single 1Password Login entry. One site requires the User-Principal-Name to be entered as the username, the other site used sAMAccountName. It seems to auto-login to both sites, I need two login entries. This means that I'll need to update them both when my password changes. Also, the Reused Password notification is annoying and wrong since they are both actually the same credentials. Is there a way to link the passwords on two Login entries?
