Re-establishing a deleted account

I tried to login to my online account. I tried and tried and could not remember my online password so I naively deleted my account thinking I could just re-establish it with a backup. Do I really have to purchase another subscription again?

    Our billing folks would be happy to help you transfer any remaining credit from your deleted account to a new one. For assistance with that please create a new membership, if you haven't already, and then email sales@1password.com from the email address associated with the membership. When you email in you'll get a support ID from BitBot. Please post that ID here.

    Thanks @Necron99. I will have one of our billing specialists get in touch with you ASAP. It may take a little time for them to do so, however in signing up for a new account you'll have a new 30 day trial, so we have a little time to get this sorted out. Thank you for your patience.
