Strange pop up keeps appearing

I have been noticing a strange pop up keep appearing on my desktop. I have 1password run in the background on startup up. I have attached an image of what the pop up looks like. I almost thought it was some sort of infection on my computer. I can still start 1password fine when I click the application from the start menu.

    Hi @sarracenia88,

    Thanks for reporting this.

    This is an issue with Windows pre-launching Edge before all processes and as the result, the 1Password extension in Edge tries to start 1Password but couldn't.

    Please try to uninstall 1Password extension in Edge, reboot, and make sure it stops showing up. If yes, try to re-install 1Password extension, this sometime helps to stop the messages for good.
