need to change credentials on a computer

in 1Password 7 for Windows

Added app on husbands computer, must have used my credentials. now i can only log in with my password on his computer. have uninstalled app multiple times but won't allow me to change user. help. i'm so extremely frustrated. have been working on this for hours.

    Hi @daigleparker,

    Thanks for writing in.

    When you uninstall 1Password, it does not remove the local database, you'd have to either sign out or remove the vault within 1Password after you unlock or you can rename the data folder.

    Unlock 1Password with your password and then go to the Accounts menu to sign out of your account; that'll reset the app back to the welcome tour to let your husband sign in.

    Note that you and your husband should be using separate Windows accounts with 1Password signed in to your own account, we do not recommend nor support switching accounts within 1Password in the same Windows account.
