Frozen Account - Export

Hi,

My account was recently frozen as the trial has finished.

I am trying to export the logins from my vault as a .csv file, but it is not possible.

I have tried both through the app (iOS) and through the laptop (macOS).

Can you please assist on this?

    Hi @mpalierakis

    You should be able to export from 1Password for Mac to a CSV. Please make sure you've selected a specific vault in the vault switcher, as it isn't possible to export from the "All Vaults" view:

    Hi Ben,

    Thanks for the swift response.

    Does this have to be done through the app for macOS or can be done via the browser too?

    I cannot find this step anywhere: File > Export > All Items
