I have a list I use in notes in 1Password on my iPhone.
When the notes are open the data is shown in a correct manner,
when the note is edited and saved the data is shown in an incorrect matter.
It is a list with numbers and names.

  1. David
  2. Daniel

etc.

It is shown

1.
2. David
3. Daniel.

The whole document is shown incorrectly and this is very inconvenient.

The note is shown correctly on my mac,
it is just the notes on my iPhone that is shown incorrectly.

Kindly

    this is just an example.
The original data is secure and sensitive.

  • Okay, I understand. But I need an example that causes the issue to be shown. The one you provided shows appropriately for me. Does it not for you?

This is a wild guess, but it corrected some issues I had. In IOS 1password settings, general toggle off the markdown formatting and see how you like the difference.

  • Indeed, that will prevent 1Password from applying any formatting to notes.

  • Ah, @kunder... your wild guess sparks a wild guess for me as well.

    @Telepatango

Is the list not in numerical order? e.x.

    5. David
    8. Daniel

If that is the case then the issue is certainly markdown. Markdown will change the numbers in a numbered list so that they are in order. If that is the case kunder's advice should help. Alternatively you can surround the list in these marks: ``` (one set of three marks before the start of the list and one set at the end). That would also prevent markdown from formatting the list.
