Did not receive the License Key for a 1Password version 7 Purchase - No Response to my Support Email

I submitted two different Emails.. one to your Support Team and one to the Sales Order team back on Wednesday, 2/20, but haven't had any response yet.

My Support Ticket Number is: GLU-83934-468

Here is my issue:

I just purchased an upgrade from 1Password 4 to 1Password 7

But the license file download link isn’t working in the Email I received.

Isn’t there supposed to be an attachment that has my license key file??

I click on the license key link, but nothing works!

My Order Id is: [removed]

I already upgraded from 1Password 4 (my old version) to 1Password 7, but it is stuck in "Read Only" mode, so I can't add or change anything!!

I need to get the license key information so I can "activate" my purchase.

Please Help!
