Just added to a business account and can't create a new vault

I just got added to my business account. There doesn't seem to be any way for me to create a new vault to share with my team. Do I need to contact my administrator?

    Indeed, administrators can customize the permissions in the business 1Password membership to define which groups are allowed to create new vaults. Also I'd suggest verifying that they have confirmed your account, as that would need to be done before you can access any vaults besides your own Private vault.
