All passwords are gone

in iOS

I reinstalled the 1P- app on my ios device (ipad,iphone). Now it looks like all the passwords are gone. All the items (datas) still there only the login fatas (user name and password) are gone and not there anymore.
Someone knows what went wrong or habe the same?

    Hi @patachon45

    Do you have a 1Password membership? If not, we do not store your encrypted 1Password data. Without a membership your data is by default stored only on the device that it is entered on, and erasing the app (on iOS) also erases that data. It is possible to back up non-membership data:

    It is also possible to sync it, so that it is stored somewhere other than on your device:
