Upgraded to family, added new user, how to merge?

Hi all,

I had a standard subscription plan with almost 300 items; upgraded to family, everything fine.
I then added to account to my father's iPhone (he had no plan, just standard bought app), but he does not see the original items he had, only "mine", how can I perform kind of merge?
