Can't log in to change my credit card on file to pay subscription

You notified me that my credit card on file has expired. I need to update the information, but I can't log in, because instead of the master password I use every day, you need a secret key from eons ago that I can't find.

Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: 10.11.6
Sync Type: pretty sure it's dropbox, but not positive
