I purchased a lifetime 1password account in 2013. My account is now “frozen”. I have sent requests for support by email. And have not received a response. Can someone help me figure which version, and how to access the appropriate version to continue without paying monthly fees.

How can I reach tech support from 1Password?

    We are very sorry for the delay but we have been experiencing a surge of user requests lately, so we are not replying to emails as fast as we normally do. I wanted to assure you, though, that we reply to every email in the order we receive them, so I promise we will get back to you as soon as possible.
