    Rather than using my fingerprint, I tried to type in a password to see if it was correct (so that I could give it to my husband), which it was not and now it as locked me out — after only one try — and will not let me use my fingerprint. How can I get in?

    What device is this happening with please? More specifically, can you please let me know:

    • What OS you are using
    • What 1Password version you are using
    • What browser you are using, if applicable

    Also, do you maybe have another device that you use 1Password on, and where you are still able to login?
