Hello,

I asked for a tryout period but received no notification of it coming to an end.. and I have been registered to a family account, can you please not register me for a "1password families" at 60 usd that I never asked, but for a simple "1password" account for one user at 36usd as I am alone. please refund me the difference. I just received the bill.

    Hi @whatsupwithmike!

    If you prefer an individual account you can convert your Families account to an individual account in the settings. Here is how to do it:

    1. Sign in  to your account on 1Password.com.
    2. Select Settings on the right side.
    3. Under the section Change Account Type, select Convert to individual.
