    I installed ver7 on my Mac and iPhone but I am not able to get the syncing of the “Primary” vault on both devices.
    If I try to add my account to the iPhone and go to Settings/ 1Password Accounts/ Add Existing Account I am asked for “Sign-in Address” which I do not have.
    How can I get the syncing to work?

    Hi @pegasso4444,

    When you install 1Password on a new device, the first screen you see is the one that asks you where your Primary vault is stored. If you are using a Primary vault, I think you are using either iCloud or Dropbox to sync your data. Did you see this menu when you installed the app?

    Here is a screenshot:

    If you choose the correct sync location, you will then have access to the Primary vault on all your devices.
