how to export passwords from google account

in 1Password in the Browser

I can export passwords from Chrome but it turns out most of them are not stored there, but rather they are stored in my Google Account. Is there a way to export them from my Google Account?

    Hi @garydarv53,

    I apologise for asking but could you elaborate a little for me please. I don't know all of Google's various services and features all that well, especially anything relating to sync but if you can point me in the right direction I will see if any of my colleagues use it or if I can set up a small example to test. I naively assumed that even syncing passwords would mean they still appear in each copy of Chrome in the same place as if you didn't sync.
