1password randomly not showing up in pre-fill in iOS
On some forms, the 1Password icon appears and works beautifully. On some random forms, I only get the standard iOS prefill option, for example, for credit card number, it says Scan Credit Card (I do not save any card info in Safari). Or, my name info wants to pull from Contacts; there is no 1Password icon to select. It's very frustrating, because when it works it's brilliant, and when it doesn't it makes for a lot more work. I don't understand what triggers the 1Password pre-fill option. Any advice?

It sounds like what you want is the 1Password extension. The iOS 12 Password AutoFill feature does not offer up credit card or identity items from 1Password at this point, though perhaps that is something that'll be possible in the future. You can learn more about the extension here:
