On chrome, when I click on a password form field, a 1 password box comes up telling me to hit, "Up arrow, Command, X". This does not seem to do anything though. What could be going wrong?

    Hi @elodge

It sounds like you may be using 1Password X in Chrome, rather than the 1Password for Mac desktop extension? That's fine, if that's what you'd prefer, but if that is the case I'll move this over to the 1Password X category for you. The keyboard shortcut it sounds like it is looking for is ⇧⌘X (Shift + Command + X).

1Password for Mac uses ⌘\ (Command + \) by default.

    Ben
