Cannot upgrade PW7

I get this notification to upgrade but ALTHOUGH the app is NOT running I get this stupid error: "1Password 7 must not be open during installation"! I then check in Activity Monitor and all I can find is 1PW Extension Helper running BUT IT CANNOT BE TERMINATED! Poor programming! (Running Mojave 10.14.3).
Looking into Appstore I find under Update: PW7. Going that route PW7 installs just fine! So after A LOTTA hassle now all is fine...

    Hi @igroucho!

    The 1Password extension helper can be terminated by clicking on the 1Password icon in your menu bar, selecting the Settings icon, and clicking Quit 1Password Completely. Alternatively, you can option-click on the 1Password icon in your menu bar and select Quit 1Password Completely, so you have one less step to do.
