Unable to copy Secret Key and to log into the 1password iPhone App

Hi there,
I recently upgraded my 1password to 1password 7, and I have been unable to locate my secret key. I sent an email about it to the support team 3 days ago but no reply.

I am unable to copy the secret key from the Accounts section in preferences, however the mac app allows me to copy my my email address. Or to click on "Set up Other Devices" as it's greyed out.

I am also unable to log into the iphone app, as when I downloaded the new version, I was prompted to change password and I don't think the password change took effect with the iphone app since I'm unable to "Set Up Other Devices".

I should note that I am still on a trial version. But it seems I have a secret key still from purchasing an older version. Do I still need to pay to to upgrade?

Please help ... it's urgent!!

    @iamnobodi - Thanks for the update. That's excellent news! I’d like to be able to say I’m glad I helped you get things squared away, but since you appear to have solved the problem by yourself, I can’t hardly claim any credit for it. :-) However, around here, we’ve learned to call a win a win whether we had a hand in it or not.

    @neilpie: They found their Secret Key. We can't give it to anyone because we never have it. You would be able to find your Secret Key in one of the following places though:

    I hope you're able to find your Emergency Kit, or have another authorized device where you can view your Secret Key. Otherwise it will not be possible to login to your 1Password Account. But if you're part of a 1Password Family or Team, another Owner, Organizer, or Admin can help you recover your account, so you can create a new Secret Key and Master Password:
