Incorrect password when I import from 1Password4 vault

in 1Password 7 for Windows

As a consequence of missing fil out in 1Password4 I now have bought a new license key in 1Password7. When I import my 1Password.opvault the master password is not accpted. What can I do?

    Hi @mqman,

    Thank you for getting in touch!

    Instead of importing your vault to a new vault in 1Password 7, please try to open your vault:

    1) Open and unlock 1Password 7.

    2) Go to 1Password > Open vault on this PC and select your existing vault in ...\Documents\1Password\1Password 2.opvault

    3) Enter your Master Password and try to unlock it.

    4) Let me know how it goes.
