i upgraded from iphone x to iphone xs max and now iPassword will not open

I use sprint and upgraded from an iPhone x to and iPhone XS Max and now my iPassword starts to open but then goes black and then back to home screen.

Welcome to the forum, @rcrist! I'm sorry for the trouble. When you upgraded your phone, did you do a backup/restore from the X to the XS Max? Also, what version of 1Password (as close as you can remember) were you using on the iPhone X? Were you syncing your data, and if so, via what method (1Password account, iCloud, Dropbox, etc)?
