I know passwords are already masked but it would be a great feature to mask usernames and email addresses during auto fill as well.

    Which fields on a web page's form are masked are up to the developers of that web page. :)

    Oh not on the actual website but when iOS keyboard pops up to auto fill 1password, the full username is displayed.

    I see. Sorry, I misunderstood. Unfortunately we don't have the ability to mask there either. Password AutoFill is an iOS 12 feature that we are a data provider for, but how that data is presented to you is almost entirely up to iOS. That said Password AutoFill is a relatively new feature, and hopefully improvements will continue to be made. It is possible that we'll be offered more flexibility in this regard in the future.
