I have both Temas and family but can't see family in my dashboard

I originally had a family membership and then also purchased teams and until recently could access both accounts on my dashboard. Just went to update something today and cannot see my family vaults

    Where are you currently looking at? Is it the website or a desktop (or mobile) app?

    Hi @joe_bon,

    Now if you open 1Password and navigate to Preferences > Accounts tab, are both of your 1Password accounts listed there?
