How do I log in with my secret key?

I tried to change my master password yesterday. The system will not accept either my new password or my old password.

How do I get back into my account to try to reset my password? I have my secret key, but I get in an endless confusing loop on how to use it to access my account. Please help! Have been trying for a while.

    Thanks for replying. No, Ben. I can not log in either place b/c I believe my Master Password was somehow mangled when I tried to change it. It does not accept the new or old master passwords.

    @SpecialK45 - I'm sorry to hear it. If this is an individual 1Password account, you won't be able to recover that data or get back into your account unless/until you enter the Master Password the system now expects to see. I'd strongly recommend you try running through the tips at this link. You can make as many attempts as you like; you won't be "locked out" of the website or the app based on how often you try.
