1Password won't fill in fields on laptop, but works on desktop Mac.

Options

Using my iMac, 1Password fills in the fields for NFCU.org. However on my laptop, it won't. I'm running 1Password 6.8.9 and Mojave 10.14.4. I've shut down, cleared Safari cache, history, etc. and run Onyx. Actually, I'm having trouble with 1Password not filling in fields on many sites that fill in on the iMac. JetBlue for example, and others. I"m using the main app, not the browser extension.

So, how to troubleshoot?

@Jody - if you're using the same version of macOS and 1Password (and Safari) on both Macs, and 1Password does fill some records on your laptop, then you likely have some other extension or filtering software (anti-virus? network filter?) on the laptop that is not on your iMac? It's a bit hard to say without taking a closer look. Can you tell us:

    1. What specific version of macOS you're running on both devices?
    2. What specific version of 1Password you're running on both devices?
    3. What specific version of Safari you're using on both devices?
    4. What security software (anti-virus, VPN, network filtering software) you're using on both devices?
    5. An example of a URL (or two, or more) that are working on the iMac and not working on your laptop (if you're willing to share these)?

    Thanks.

Hello Lars, here is the info you requested:
    iMac
    OS 10.14.4
    1Password 6.8.9
    Safari 12.1
No anti-virus, VPN or network SW

    Macbook Pro
    OS 10.14.4
    1Password 6.8.9
    Safari 12.1
No anti-virus, VPN or network SW

Sites where 1Password fills in the field on iMac but not on laptop:
    https://my.navyfederal.org/NFOAA_Auth/login.jsp
    https://book.jetblue.com/B6.auth/login?service=https://trueblue.jetblue.com/c/portal/login?redirect=%2fgroup%2ftrueblue%2fmy-trueblue-home&p_l_id=10561
    https://ecams.geico.com/login?CW6305D=107770

Actually Lars, now that I'm trying multiple websites on the laptop, 1Password is simply not filling any of them in at all.

@Jody - if no sites are filling at all, are you sure you've installed the 1Password extension into Safari? Apple made substantial changes to the extension format in Safari 12, retiring the older, .safariextz-style of extension we'd all become used to over several years, in favor of the newly-released Safari App Extension. 1Password 7 for Mac ships with the newer style of extension, but as 1Password 6 for Mac is now in legacy mode and Safari 12 was released after it entered legacy mode, it does not and never will have the newer extension. For now, the older 4.7.3.90 extension required by 1Password 6 for Mac will still work in Safari 12 -- but we're not sure for how much longer that will be the case. Please look in Safari's Preferences > Extensions and make sure you have the extension installed an enabled. If you do, try disabling and removing it, then restart Safari and try installing the extension again from the Safari Extensions Gallery. Let me know if that works for you. If not, then another question: are you able to edit your data? Do you see a "Read Only" badge in the upper-right corner of your 1Password items in the main 1Password window?

Yes Lars, that was the issue. On the laptop there was no extension installed. Everything is working fine now. Thank you for your help.
