Webinar Times: Scheduling doesn't make sense for me.

I am going to attend a webinar on May 7th. I got plenty of notice and the time made sense in my time zone (11:00am PST). Two other invitations did not make sense. One, for April 25th, was scheduled at 10:00am BST (2:00am for me). Another was scheduled for May 2nd at 8:00am PST, but I got the notice only one hour before. I'm wondering if there's something in my profile I need to change.
