I cannot log into the 1password page even though I have my secret account key

Hi there, need to connect ASAP to my account and my email + secret key are not recognised even though I am using the exact one from the emergency kit - could you please come back to me ASAP? thanks

    Is this happening in a browser or in a 1Password app? Do you remember when this started happening exactly?

    Also, can you please let us know what error message you receive when you try to login?
