Item in Trash keeps reappearing

Have an item in trash. Empty trash but item keeps re-appearing pretty instantly (few seconds). How can I get rid of it?

3 macs and two iOS devices. macs sync via opvault file in cloud and ios devices via wifi server

1Password Version: 7.2.5
Extension Version: 4.7.3.90
OS Version: 10.14.4
Sync Type: cloud

    By "cloud", do you mean 1Password.com, Dropbox or iCloud?

    Thank you for the confirmation @LosInvalidos. Keybase is not a supported sync method, so we have never tested it with 1Password. Because of this, it's possible that it is indeed keybase that is causing this behavior.

    If you switch sync methods to a supported one, and you still see the same issue, please let us know so we can then try to reproduce the issue here.

    Solved (sharing steps as other users may be interested):

    1. disable sync on all macs
    2. empty trash
    3. rename existing vault
    4. setup folder sync and create new vault
    5. remove all items on other macs for vault in question
    6. setup folder sync using new vault file
