ipad not syncing--I am a member

I am a member of 1Password so syncing should happen automatically however my iPad is not syncing, although it is up today and shows my subscription status as "subscribed." my iPad app is not syncing with my 1password account at all--so it does not show up when I log in to 1Password on a browser.

    Hi @lovethehighcountry!

    When you login to your 1Password account in a browser, can you please check that you are using the same email address and Secret Key that you used to login to this account in the iPad app (you can check if the information matches inside 1Password Settings > 1Password Accounts).

    In other words, are you using the same account in the iOS app and in the browser? Because from what you are writing it looks like you might have two separate accounts.
