Continuing Firefox problems

I know we all had trouble when Firefox foobar'd their extension signing certificate. But now I'm on Firefox 66.0.5 (supposedly the latest version), and 1Password 7.2.6 (also the latest). I've uninstalled and reinstalled the extension.

The extension is running, but when I click the icon in Firefox, nothing happens. It just sits there. No popup.

Am I missing something obvious?

    @normelton - sorry for the trouble; I'm honestly not sure from just your description alone. However, when we've seen similar situations like this in the past, the solution often is to reinstall Firefox itself. Quit 1Password 7 Completely by typing ^⌥⌘Q (or just holding down the Control and Option keys as you choose Quit from the 1Password menu) and quit Firefox, then delete it by dragging to the trash. Restart your Mac, visit Mozilla's downloads page and grab a fresh copy and install it. Fire up 1Password and let us know if that works for you.
