Know my log in was correct because I have them written down.

@jsc331: Can you provide the requested information you left out of your post?

    1. 1Password Version
    2. Extension Version
    3. OS Version
    4. Sync Type

Also, just to clarify, do you have a 1Password membership subscription? Thanks in advance!

@jsc331: We don't have a call center, but can help you here or via email. If you prefer the latter, feel free to send it to support@1password.com and post the Support ID you receive here so we can connect the dots. :)

If you have a 1Password membership subscription, first confirm that you have the correct account credentials by signing into the website using your browser:

    https://start.1password.com

Do you have all of your data there, in the account?

You might not have installed the browser extension yet, but this guide will show you where to find version information for that if you have:

Find the version numbers of 1Password, the extension, and your operating system

You won't have a separate sync type with a 1Password membership, since that is built in. Let me know what you find!

There is nothing that specifically denotes an extension for 1Password the closest we found was 4.6.12, but I don't think that is correct.

We tried to log on from the the internet using the current (NEW) iPassword version and the old 1Password to allow themselves to merge.... No luck, nothing was able to happen other than the fact were still not able to log into the new version by itself.

@jsc331: 4.6.2 sounds like a 1Password extension, but a very very old one. Are you seeing that in the browser? If so, please remove it and install the latest from here:

    https://1password.com/downloads/#browsers

That will allow you to use the 1Password desktop app in your web browser:

    https://support.1password.com/1password-extension/

    Just to clarify,

If you have a 1Password membership subscription, first confirm that you have the correct account credentials by signing into the website using your browser:

It sounds like your answer is "no" and you're not even able to sign into the website at all. If that's the case, you're simply entering the wrong credentials. Keep in mind that you have may setup different Master Passwords for different things. In order to sign into your account successfully anywhere, you'd need to use the one you setup when signing up for the account.

We have neither access to your 1Password data nor the Master Password used to secure it, so this isn't something we can 'reset' for you to help directly. However, please try the tips in this guide as they may help you gain access again:

    https://support.1password.com/forgot-master-password/

Alternatively, if you're part of a 1Password Family or Team, another Owner, Organizer, or Admin can help you recover your account, so you can create a new Secret Key and Master Password:

    https://support.1password.com/recovery/#begin-recovery

You can try as many times as you want. You won’t be “locked out”, but you will not be able to access your data unless you can enter the required Master Password correctly. Please let me know how it turns out, and if you have questions about anything else.
