Invited family member; shared vault does not appear in their installation

Hi -

I created my own account. Then, invited my wife. She received the email notification, installed (Mac & iOS(2)).

However, though her installation says "Jay's Vault" at the top, her installation does not see the Shared Vault I created. See two attached screen shots - one from my installation showing the sharing set on the vault, and one from her installation, showing the lack of shared vault.

What did we do wrong?

    Whoops - nevermihd. I just saw that I needed to take an action to confirm her membership in the family account. Once I did that, the shared vault showed up.

    I note that this step was not shown on the Create and share vaults support page. This step might be a useful thing to put on that page.

  • Thanks for the update @batsonjay. Glad to hear you were able to sort this out. I'll make the point to our documentation team regarding member confirmation before being able to see shared vaults and see if that is something we can get included in that guide. :+1:
