How to calculate?

"Prorated plan switch from 1Password (Annual) on May 31":
2019/05/31 ~ 2020/01/17
-$22.77

"Prorated plan switch to Families Plan (Annual) on May 31":
2019/05/31 ~ 2020/01/17
$37.98

Sub-total: 37.98 - 22.77 = 15.21

why 75.06?

"Families Plan (Annual) $59.85": 2019/01/17 ~ 2020/01/17 ?

  • Hi @fffailed

I'm sorry for the confusion. Admittedly these invoices can sometimes be a little tricky to read. The key in this case is that you're viewing your January 2020 invoice. The charges you see there won't happen until then. So what you'll be charged in January 2020 is:

$37.98 for 1Password Families for the time between now and January 2020
$59.85 for the full year of 1Password Families for January 2020 through the following January
but then you've already paid for an individual membership through January 2020, so we subtract that $22.77 off

Does that make more sense? Please let me know.

    Ben
