"Authentication Required" window pop up in auto fill mode

You can ignore it, but doing so will likely prevent the latest changes you've made from syncing. You'd be accessing the data that has been cached on your device.

You can't do it within the autofill feature: correct; which is why it directs you to open the main 1Password app to do so. If you don't your data will not be synced to/from the device until you do.

Something is causing the message to appear. We don't have a way to just "stop it." We'd need to resolve whatever the issue is that is causing it to pop up. If you log in at https://my.1password.com/ in a web browser do you see all of your data? If you do then I'd recommend uninstalling 1Password for iOS and reinstalling. You'll want to be sure to have a copy of your Emergency Kit handy so that you can sign in to your account.
