Complementing Ben's answer, you definitely can upgrade your account to a family subscription.
If you don't have an account yet, you can do it here: https://1password.com/families/
If you already have a personal account, then you'd need to do this: https://support.1password.com/family-sharing/#invite-your-family
It's actually really easy, but if you have any doubts, let us know.
