How to use "Groups" in shared vault?

Hi team
I notice there is a tab called "Groups" in shared vault and there are two groups called Owners and Administrators are automatically assigned to each shared vault, my questions are:
1, how to use this "Groups" function?
2, who will be the Owners and Administrators which automatically assigned? can we add person to these two groups?
